At Print Whale, we strive to deliver the highest quality and precision in every custom order. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement under the conditions below.

Order Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your order for a full refund ONLY if production has not started. Once your order enters the printing stage, we are unable to offer any cancellations or refunds under any circumstances. Please contact us immediately at info@printwhale.ca if you need to cancel.

No Returns for Custom Items

Because every product we produce is custom-made to your specific requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer errors (such as typos, wrong size/color selection, or design errors approved by the customer during checkout).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will gladly arrange a free replacement.

Restocking Fees: There are NO restocking fees ($0.00) for defective or damaged items.

Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your package.

Process: Please email info@printwhale.ca with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.

Return Shipping Fees: If we require the defective items to be shipped back to us, Print Whale will cover 100% of the return shipping costs (we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email).

Please note: we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be automatically processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
